Map summary...

This map is one where rushing about will send you to an early grave. It's well laid out and easy to remember after a few games. The only hard task is planting the bomb :).

Map coming soon...

Bomb target positions:
Both targets are near the CTs staring positions.

This is most open of the two bomb sites, with the terrorists usually taking the route via the stairs (Out of shot, on left of this pic). This target is most sort after, but not easy to reach in the first few seconds at the start of the round, since the CTs will get to this area first.

Usually the bombs are placed below the trailer as shown in the pic left. Placing it on top just makes it easier for a passing CT to spot so terrorists are always found placing the bombs out of line of sight of a CT :).

Main Flash points on the map:

The Stairs
This is the corridor leading to the stairs. The Terrorists will be on top of the stairs, by the time the CTs get to the start of this corridor.

Snipers will have a field day for the first few seconds as the first  Terrorist or CT player who gets to the corridor first can take aim and be ready to pick off any of the enemy who will appear within 1-2 seconds. Grenades are effective here, especially flash grenades which can be used to blind the enemy before one team attempts to rush down the stairs.

The Corner
Apart from the stairs this is another flash point where the Terrorist and CT players will meet within the start of the round. The terrorist start point is at the top right hand corner of this pic, which means the terrorist will be able to get around this corner first, but not reach the crates in the top left first, since the CTs whose start point is closer to them will lie in wait and either pop out or snipe at any terrorists hanging around the corner or lie in wait to ambush them.

Tips and Tactics for lone Terrorist players

  • From the start you have two main routes. Head up the stairs to the flash point labeled 'The Stairs' :), or head to 'The Corner'. There is a route in between these two but if you want to take that one you'll have to run from the second the round starts or at least one CT player will be there waiting for you.

  • If you take the 'The Stairs' route never run up the stairs and race towards the railings.
There is always a good chance a CT will be in position down the corridor taking aim. First lob a flash grenade over the railings just before you are in line of sight of a crate in the corridor. The grenade will land near the crates and blind any CTs there. Then you can safely get in position to snipe back at any CTs who once unblinded try to take a fresh look at the stairs.

  • There is a slope next to the doorway entrance to the 'The Stairs'. At least one CT player will be here ready to ambush any terrorists who step one foot out of the stairway. As a terrorist your job should be first check the corridor is clear then as you exit the stairway into the corridor turn sharply left and be ready to fire at a CT lying in wait. The pic left shows me up against the wall ready for any terrorists. The CT in front is moving ahead towards the stairs.

Tips and Tactics for lone Counter-Terrorist players

  • Speed is the key. From the world go run. CTs should be able to reach the start of the corridor near 'The Stairs' location first. This allows for 2-3 seconds to get in position to snipe at any terrorists who start their descent down the stairway :).

  • 'The Corner' will always be in the hands of the terrorists at the first 30 seconds or so of the start of the round. CT plays though can either lie in wait (In 'The Corner' pic this will be in the top left hand corner near the crates), or throw flash grenades at the corner and storm through. It's best for one CT to be armed with a rifle because there is a chance a few of the terrorists will still be near there start positions (Top right of the pic). From there a lone terrorist armed with a sniper rifle can pick off any CTs who try to storm around the corner. Keep your eyes opened :).

  • This position is idea for sniping:

This is good for a CT to cover a large area, but also watch out for a terrorist who may also take up a position here.
